Absolute professionals. Took a botched flooring job (see the dark brown, streaky mess for the before) and managed to get my floor looking better than they did when I moved in.They did this while staging my things from one room to another (and if theres a line between the stages, I certainly can't see it), and were quick and efficient. As I clean up all of the areas where my previous builders spewed dust and stain splatters, my only regret is not contacting Floor Sanding Solution earlier.

I emailed Damyan on a Tuesday requesting a quote for my recently purchased flat. Damyan is very patient, did the job well not hurrying up with gap filling. Also, buffed and oiled the floor. I will recommend Damyan and definitely have him again. He also suggested how to oil the oak floor every six months to maintain it and shared the product details. So pleased with both the price and quality of the work on my floors. I’d installed engineered wood in my flat nearly 20 years ago and over time it had become very scratched and in heavy use areas like the front hall it had turned grey. I’d thought about changing the flooring but was persuaded to get it sanded first just to see if it could be redeemed. I was a little worried knowing that there was only a thin layer of wood on top but Damian and his team have done wonders. In most places the floor looks as good as new, just one area of water staining where it looks a little bit patchy, but I know the team worked hard to minimise the effect in this area too. I definitely recommend this company. Very professional with a commitment to providing the best possible service.

I would strongly recommend Damyan and his team for floor sanding. They really cared about doing a good job. They worked incredibly hard and conscientiously and Damyan has extensive knowledge on how to create the best finish and wood effects. I had many large gaps between floorboards which he filled with wooden strips. I had sometimes regretted not getting an engineered wood floor as crumbs in gaps was always an issue. My floor is now completely flat and looks incredible. They were always considerate, helpful and pleasant to have around. The 'dust free' machines were a revelation to me. I really didn't believe they could be dust free but there really was neglible dust.

We had a floor issue, saw some great reviews by our neighbours and got onto Damian to see if he could do the same great job for us.He did a fantastic job on our wooden floors which were looking really worn and now they are looking just like they did when they were first laid. He came to quote very quickly, measured carefully, explained the process and the fact that he uses the best products and cleanest sanding machines and gave a precise quote which we agreed immediately and booked him in. The next week he was here for two days to transform 4 floors.There was little mess, he moved the furniture and put new pads on the feet of all those bits of furniture that might scratch the floor.Great service and great result and we couldn’t be happier.Brilliant.

Absolutely amazing work! Our wooden floors are over 10 years old, and the previous owners never really looked after them the usual, water damage, stains, and marks. Very flexible about a delayed date for the engineered wood floor renovation in my newly purchased flat. A careful survey was done in advance to establish whether the wood was varnished or oiled and it was made clear that a bad water stain from my predecessors could not be eradicated. It was emphasised that it was important for me to use the correct cleaning product following the refurbishment. In my absence, the floor was sanded by hand and a fresh coat of Osmo oil applied. It now looks beautiful and I am very pleased with the efficient service provided.
